It’s incredibly hard to find a stylist who genuinely understands naturally curly hair, and Perla is exceptional at it. She knows exactly how to work with my curls so they look healthy, defined, and effortless. As a natural blonde, I recently wanted to switch things up and showed her a few inspiration photos of redheads. Perla created a completely custom color blend that is absolutely stunning. The best part is that everyone assumes it’s my natural color—that’s how beautifully and seamlessly she did it. Beyond her talent, Perla is such a kind and personable human. Our conversations are always wonderful, and I genuinely look forward to my appointments. She creates such a welcoming, comfortable experience. I can’t say enough great things about Perla and the Lumine Crossroads location. If you have curly hair or are considering a color change, she is truly the stylist you want.

I had the best of experiences at Lumine yesterday! Mandy was so kind on the phone when I called as I was running a minute or two late. And when I walked in Frankie was there waiting and was so kind. We were able to talk through my hair goals, styles, inspo pics, maintenance effort levels (1%), and make a plan for how to go from the now to the goal! Frankie was kind, thoughtful, extremely talented and insightful and truly took my awkward grow out into a maintainable style. And, the true kicker- I like my hair as much today as I did walking out of the salon. I’ll definitely be back! It’s tricky to find someone who knows how to cut short curly hair.
